This policy describes how Workmate, an internal company system, handles your information. Workmate is owned and managed by PT Expat Roasters Indonesia, a legal entity in Indonesia holding the license for the Expat. Roasters trademark from Expat Roasters Limited. The system is designed to help employees, partners, and related parties work more easily and collaboratively.

We only collect the information you provide to us directly, such as when you create an account, or the information we get from your use of our services. 5. Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.
